Our most popular option! Summer Crisp lettuce is know for its crunchy and sweet characteristics. A great all purpose variety that performs perfectly for aquaponics farming.
Summer Crisp is a dense leaf lettuce without the stem of Romaine. It can be used raw or cooked. Best used in hearty salads, shredded toppings or slaws, and burger and sandwich toppings. It can also be used in stir-fry and soup.

We grow the Chalupa Romaine variant. It is a standout romaine lettuce known for its compact, upright heads and crisp, dark green leaves.
A restaurant staple, Romaine is the perfect lettuce for fresh chopped salads and toppings for wraps. Romaine leafs are also sturdy enough to use as an outer shell itself.

Tender, sweet and irresistible. Rex Butter is is known for its soft and buttery texture that still holds up to heavy dressings and heat without wilting.
Butter lettuce makes a great base for light salads and also makes a great topper for wraps and sandwiches if you’re looking for a softer texture that will stay in place.

An underrated but beautiful lettuce with red/bronze outer leaves that fade to green with a slightly sweet flavor that is free of any harsh bitterness normally associated with red leaf lettuce.
